Using medical insurance to pay for NFP services:
To determine if your insurance will pay for NFP services, follow these steps:
-
Email Susan at susan.miller@mycatholicdoctor.com, or fill out this form: https://ccnfp.org/contact-us/
-
The CCNFP team will help match you with a collaborating clinician.
-
Please be aware that most insurance companies require a short medical appointment with a provider through My Catholic Doctor to receive a referral to an NFP provider before they allow you to schedule an NFP visit. The CCNFP will help coordinate this process.
